Complaints Procedure

How to Submit a Complaint

You may submit a complaint via the form above, email us directly at complaints@braxtone.com, or visit our office.

What to Expect

  • We will acknowledge your complaint on the same day it is received.
  • Our Complaints Officer will review the matter carefully and, where applicable, liaise with the relevant insurer.
  • You will receive a written response within one week explaining our findings and proposed resolution. If more time is needed, we will provide you with a regular progress update until the matter is resolved.

Escalation

If you are dissatisfied with our resolution or require the assistance of the Central Bank of Bahrain in resolving a dispute, you may contact the CBB directly: www.cbb.gov.bh/complaint-form; https://www.cbb.gov.bh/contact/
